Shipment and Delivery 

Reputable logistics companies pack and send customer orders from our distribution centers. As soon as we receive your order, we will begin processing it immediately. 

Domestic orders – There is a one-business-day turnaround time for all domestic orders (except for Public Holidays & Sundays). Orders usually arrive within three to five business days. 

About International orders – Within 1 business day, we will have completed processing your international order (except on Public Holidays or Sundays). Orders typically arrive between 7 and 10 business days after they are processed. Besides the European Union and the United Kingdom, we also ship to Australia, Turkey, Brazil, Ukraine, New Zealand, Lebanon, Pakistan, Israel, and China. 

When you spend $100 or more, we'll cover the cost of shipping internationally. It costs $20 to ship any order that doesn't total $100.

The logistics provider will discuss any additional fees, such as those for customs clearance and handling, with the customer before the shipment is delivered. The policies regarding Customs and Handling Fees are detailed below.

  • Your package may be charged additional fees and taxes when it reaches its final destination, such as a customs duty charge, import duty, or other government taxes.
  • The Customs Duty Charge, Import Duty, or other appropriate government taxes are subject to change, so it's important to double-check the estimated amounts on the official government websites.
  • The consumer is responsible for paying these costs. In no event will they be compensated by Herbly's Riitualss.
  • These costs are not included in the shipping costs shown for the order total.
  • When processing a refund, the company reserves the right to deduct the shipping cost and any applicable return duties from the customer's original order total if the purchaser refuses to pay these fees after the shipment has arrived in the destination country.
  • Monday through Saturday, order consignments will all be made around 10 AM and 6 PM. Besides official holidays.
  • When packages are delivered, a signature is required. Please have someone else (a relative, coworker, neighbour, etc.) sign for your package if you won't be home to do so. Herbly's Riitualss, however, disclaims any liability for products signed by a third party.

Cost of Shipping

Domestic Orders:- Products purchased from us are shipped free of charge within India. Get used to getting free samples.

For International Orders: If the total of your international order is $100 or more, we'll cover the shipping costs. Shipping is a flat rate of $20 for all orders under USD 100.

Returns and Refunds

Here at Herbly's Riitualss, we want to ensure that your time spent shopping with us is exceptional. However, once sold or delivered, we cannot accept exchanges or returns of opened or used products because they cannot be resold in their current condition.

  • In the event of product damage or quality issues, we can only issue a refund or exchange if we are notified within the following time frames:
  • Please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible if you acquire a tampered and also damaged product and provide images or video to back up your claim.
  • Contact the customer Care team within 7 days of receiving your order if you have any issues with the quality of the products you received.
  • After the item has been delivered, Herbly's Riitualss assumes no responsibility for it. Our exchange/return policy does not apply to damage caused by misuse, incorrect application, or neglect.
  • Products must be returned in resalable condition, unopened in their original box, and without damage to be eligible for exchange.
  • Herbly's Riitualss reserves the right to inspect and vet all requests for returns and exchanges.
  • Once goods have been sold, no returns will be accepted.
